Questions about Mission Shinkansen

Q1. Avoiding the Seven Muda: It needs me to maintain 3 trains, but only indicates one maintained out of the three. I have three trains running, they are all on high maintenance, what do I have to do?

Q2. How do I actually pay off the construction debt? It talks about 5 instalments of 2,000,000 (if I can read the tiny print correctly), I have way more than that, no loan, so what triggers the payment of instalments?

For Q2, I think in the mission window, they is a "payback" (or similar) button and if you have enough money, just keep clicking it until all is paid.

Q1. Thanks! Since "Replace" and "Maintain" are two different operations in TF2, the instruction from TF2 is a bit misleading IMO, to say the least!
