Can't get E.P.E.C?
I got every product to every city in range between 10-60% and few years pass by but achiev isnt showing up, do i need do something else?
I have year 1996, on big map EU theme.
I also tried savegame from workshop with epec but it isnt working either :(

Thread closed, i figured it out - you need to supply more than 10% of each to city because of rounding up numbers in game ex: 7/100=10% for game but it is to low for epec, you need more like 13/100=10% thing
