Anyone knows what is this issues and how to solve it?

pagefile is additional ram allocated on your ssd/hdd - just activate it (google is your friend here) - should be enabled by windows default

It's a bit hard to find if you don't know what you're looking for. Follow this tutorial to see what the current state of your pagefile is and modify it if necessary.,

Unless you have one of those latest generation M.2 SSDs, swap is really only good for suspending unused stuff. HDD vs. RAM perforance is abysmal, it's more of a convenience feature for not having to close a bazillion open applications on a busy workstation.

Anecdotal information: Large map, early game, Linux: 12GB resident memory use. That suggests you need at least 16GB to run this game.

What is the page file?

Error is usually caused by your hdd/ssd running out of space. Or going within it's red zone which is around 15% of capacity.

I clean up the my C Drive i have about 20 GB of space now, and i also set up different drive for page file but nothing working

Then the fault is likely with your Ram, either you don't have enough... or possibly a ram stick has/is failing or possibly knocked loose. Maybe you dropped laptop or kicked pc. How much default ram do you have?

If you are getting memory errors, is because the game is trying to use more memory - RAM + page file - than there is available.

The OS normally sets page file to automatic, and that changes as per your requirements, but sometimes memory usage may spike too fast for the OS to catch up, especially in memory heavy games like this one.

I suggest disabling automatic allocation, and set a fixed amount to be used instead - i.e. 64 GB:
