Someone already has and he's said "when I have time". I'm impatient though and hoped someone else had picked up the gauntlet.

The problem with Nafey's wagons were they could only carry 4 units, game ones carry 7+, yet they cost the same.
I never used Nafey's wagons. They just weren't worth it. Maybe he'll change that for the TPF2 version.
It's very easy to make something like that in TPF2 then it was in TPF. And not time consuming either! I'm surprised no one has tried it yet.
Additionally, it's only Nafey's 1850 Universal Stake Car that has just four capacity, and it costs the same as the 1850 European Stake Car, or just over half as much as the 1850 American Stake Car. Nafey's 1890 Universal Stake Car has 11 capacity - 3 more than the 1890 European Stake Car's 8 capacity and just one less than the 1895 American Stake Car's 12 - for a cost slightly less than that of the 1895 American Stake Car, while Nafey's 1950 Universal Stake Car has 14 capacity - one more than the 1950 European Stake Car and four less than the 1952 American Stake Car - for a cost only slightly greater than that of the 1950 European Stake Car.
Moreover, even if it were true that Nafey's Universal Stake Cars were more expensive than the unmodded limited-cargo ones, they'd probably be worth it on a lot of lines, because being able to use the same wagons to carry cargo both ways is incredibly advantageous, and it's much easier to make that happen with a universal wagon than when using the unmodded wagons with their restricted cargo types.
