Campaign 1 - Mission 4 - Arranging Weddings Issue

I have taken 10 people to the mountain location, and planted the trees. Both of those requirements have a green checkmark, but this side objective will not complete. What am I missing?

I brought the people by tram from El Fuerte, but I doubt that makes any difference.

Yeah, the tree thing. Sounds like poor coding.

The tree thing, I forgot about that. You have to put the trees within a specific area or else they don't count. I just jammed in as many trees as I could find. I guess there's a time constraint to it as well. I don't remember dealing with that, but just throwing in as many trees as I can to stuff the place with trees, and doing it over and over again sounds like something I would have done. I must have triggered the victory by mistake.
