How do I rotate the building?

Note that if you press shift+ N/M you rotate in small increments for fine adjustments

You can also Shift + click and drag to rotate precisely with a mouse.

I really needed to know this, been playing the game and using the N and M keys then thought theres gotta be a fine rotation too! Thanks very much for the Shift info!!
