Evil, is a OP vanilla tropical map. lots of good s*** that you need, on the place that you want it.

Numbers of towns - High
Numbers of Industries - Low (also works with medium, this change the layout of the industries)

16 Towns - 66 Industries (666)

1 Big island with 5 town

2 Medium Islands with 3 towns

5 Small islands with 1 town on each

6 Tiny islands with a single industri on.

Lots of good industries options, with both train and boat. It was a good seed for me on hard mode, without problems. Even some for road trades to focus on early game, to grow all the towns.
Most town has both industries they need close to them and water access.
A lot of towns needs fuel, and there is good options for that, close to them.

If you pick Numbers of Industries - medium, i recommend checking the random seeded town called Dubai, it has some sick oil trades.

I also recomend using town LuckNow as center city ("capital") for your map.

Map is Medium, 1:1, Towns Medium, Industry Very High. Produces 9 towns and 121 industries.

I get a brilliant start with a patch of 5 oil fields, near a refinery, with a modest run to a fuel plant, and a town that consumes fuel on the return leg.

Most of mine are generated using the "Not So Temporate Generator" mod with a bunch of slider settings, so the seed alone wouldn't recreate it anyhow.
