Large Docks?
How do I construct large docks? I see where they are in the config for the port, but they are grayed out. How can I unlock that option and construct the large dock?

It is usually just the landings that are greyed out . Choose the type you want , add the dock and then put a landing on it to make it work .

Docks are always the same, construct the DOCK first (third tab?) then attach a LANDING (first tab) to it.
