Your card is certainly going to give you a very hard time with this game.
I won't recommend you to buy the game with your actual config but it's a tycoon game so if you don't have any problem with freeze, stuttering and FPS drops...give it a try after release and if it doesn't work, ask for refund
it doesn't say much. I know you have a laptop but i5 4th gen isn't enough to describe a CPU.
Pls open your explorer (not internet explorer), right-click on "This PC", click on properties and tell us what exactly is viewed as processor.
I'd say no, the 820 is Dx12 "compatible" which is a general giveaway that it doesn't actually fully support dx12.. this was the problem I had with my last vc playing tfp i kept getting black graphics and the campaign wouldnt even load. Upgraded to a proper dx12 vc and all those issues vanished. 820m is a bargain basement vc for laptop. You bought the cheapest lappy you could.. now you're asking for miracles..

6+ years old, 2 core low frequency mobile CPU is just that outdated.
A modern mobile has more powah.
Your computer will run it....... but you won't like it....... at all.
Get another computer.
ALL your programs will appreciate it.
