The English voice overs for Holo and Lawrence are among my personal favourite and their VA's practically carried the entire series.
Holo was changed from a stereotypical young Japanese girl voice to a mature, smart and playful one

Holo is suppose to sound young. I don't think many 15 year olds sound like the english voice....
Also the Japanese voice does not sound like the stereotypical young japanese girl in anime.
Also, the dub doesn't have any dialect at all... that's the most charming characteristic Holo has.
however on the flipside Japanese Holo uses much more archaic vocabulary vs English Holo has a more mature voice but uses slightly uncommon vocabulary and no contractions
