Black Bar on multiplayer UI

This happens as soon as I play multiplayer, the black bar that splits the screen goes on top of things, hides the timer. Then once I go on two players the bar will not disappear, even if I go to the title screen. Only exiting the game seems to get rid of it. Single player appears fine but I don't play single much so I don't know what to check.

If I do a 4 way split there is a vertical black bar and horizontal black bar.

This happens across two computers, both with the game locally installed. They even have different OS. Windows 10 and 11. Run one on low graphics at 720p and the other at 1080p. I tried many different graphic settings and I get the same result.

Tried uninstalling the game too, using local data not cloud.
I am think it was after last update, I think it was fine a month ago or at least the last time I played.

The only thing I can think of similar between two computers is they both have Radeon graphics. One is only R3 and the other RX 580.

RX 580 drivers are up to date also, but I tried rolling back to a recent driver with no difference. I am pretty sure it is the game itself.

I hope someone can help me out here, because it ruins multiplayer.
