Hardbound Keys in 2022

Honestly, how on earth is the ability to completely rebind everything to your liking not the standard in 2022?
I am a lefty and use arrowkeys, apparently arrows left and right are hard bound to rotate and cant even be changed through editing the Ini file.
This makes the game unplayable for me.
Im not willing to change the controls I have been used to for about 20 years now.
Forcing myself to play different controls only ends in even more frustration and since games are supposed to be fun, I am not willing to do that to myself.
Autohotkey is the last resort, or I just refund the game - I havent decided that yet.
I dont understand a developers decision to go such a half assed route.
Devs, its 2022, what the hell !?
At the very least, let us edit the ini files !!!
