Performance issues Inc FPS drops and stuttering

I have an RTX3080ti and i9 10900k. I was running this on ultra settings and getting poor frame rate, stutter and crashes. I'd installed the game on an internal SSD. However, when I moved the install files to my other SSD, C drive (system drive), the performance increased dramatically. Smooth as silk performance on ultra with DLSS turned off.

Game runs super well here. I have a 3060 ti and at 1440p the game only utilises like 52% of my GPU with which I get constant 60fps at all times. Give me so much headroom that I set resolution scale to 120% and still get 60fps while my GPU is at like 80% usage. Running very smooth here.

Yes the stutter seems to be fixed now.

The game defaults to Windowed Fullscreen and I had awful stuttering with that mode. But after switching to Fullscreen, the game is buttery-smooth.
