I bought the game on pre-order and I didn't receive the Evil West - Wild Wild East Skin Pack
I wanted to know how I will receive the pack I bought the game on pre-order and I didn't receive the Evil West - Wild Wild East Skin Pack since I didn't receive mine when I launch the game and I bought the game in pre-sale

The skin pack should be a code in a separate inlay inside the game box.
