Some hints to meet partners (Time of Creation update)?

Just gone through Act 3 solely, passed through Crane event, but no place to investigate appear on the map. Do I need to start the game from a scratch, or last act is enough, and I just missed something?

All of these will appear as individual shmmering icons on the map after the crane event and their requirements are met.

Bard - No requirements; always appears as on the map. If you don't see this after the crane event, then something is very wrong. You'd be better off verifying you're really running v1.55, or having Steam re-verify the files. Or perhaps you are merely overlooking the icon.

Vantage - Defeat Vantage for its territory.

Tempest - Defeat Tempest for its territory, and don't use any True Song during the second portion after the battle.

Bloom - It's not completely clear what the requirement is, but you most likely need to meet a certain reputation/compassion threshold.

Rift - It's not completely clear what the requirement is, but you most likely need to meet a certain reputation/survival threshold.

Rift's dialogue also implies that you need to have mastered at least one element.

7 reputation points, 30 survival points, 82 fire, 72 water, 92 earth, 81 air -- that's sufficient to put Rift on the map.

It is a relevant point that you need 55 Water to meet Rift during the event itself, otherwise Rift just criticizes your lack of Water skill (and your Vitamin A deficiency, if we're being honest).

Still no idea what the requirements for Bloom and Rift are.
I started several games in act 3 basically with the same setup and the only time I got them as options was when I did the Many-Times-Burned fights.

Yesterday I finished my second Act 3 walkthrough, and it was super-effective! The Crane event appeared in proper timing now, right in 5 days before Moot deadline, so I had a chance to visit all available partners (its totally possible in a single run, despite the game warning)
Also I managed to understand what went wrong at my previous attempt - I passed intelligence quiz from one certain artifact, and consequent intrusive alien examination consumed all my precious time to meet handsome gals! So in case you face the same situation, it's reasonable to fail the quiz on purpose.

Alternatively You can show the silverfruit to Darkttooth who will then steal it from you but gives shiny things in return
Also, I know this is nitpicking, but the Draak you can dance with are not necessary "gals" they have no confirmed gender.
