Controller problem on Steam Deck

So, the game runs but playing with a controller is quite strange
First to be able to use the analog sticks, you have to set your controller to secondary controller. First time I see this.
You usually set it to priority one and then everything is fine. Not with Tamarin.

But then, the controller do not work for the menus and it's the deck button who works there.
Anybody has a solution for this ? I don't think it is possible to bind the deck buttons on the controller and stil have the controller buttons doing their job, which could be a solution to that.

I tried to disable Steam input but it then use only the Deck controller. For games like COD, this works because they have their own PS5 controller inputs for the game. Not Tamarin. I don't see any solution, maybe try a xbox controller but I don't think how I would not end up with the same priority problem.
