It's okay to let other people enjoy things you dislike.
It's cheap. Your game doesnt have to be dark or anything. It can be bright as day - a loud sound would also scare me.
Nothing original - just cheap. Great Artstyle tho ;)
If people enjoy cheap horror - thats fine. Enjoy your games folks ♥
Slow moving monsters coming at you is another type of horror. It doesn't personally scare me like an intelligent AI stalking you, but I enjoy those games for different reasons.
I never claimed the game was original.
A Serial Killer would scare me and suprise me. He suprised me so I'm scared and that automatically is good horror.
He doesn't come out of the bush with a megaphone and screaming in my ear so I'm scared. He gets me by suprise not by a loud sound.
Thats the difference ;)
A serial Killer is scary because he can kill you any second the feeling and suprises catches me.
A loud sound is just cheap and just a loud sound no matter the atmosphere.
It's part of the genre. I get that you don't understand slasher horror but the vast majority of people naturally grasp these genre tropes without someone needing to explain what the intentions are and why it's effective.
This game has no screaming in your ear so you're inventing fake arguments against the game.
All it takes is 30 seconds of research really.
Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying your game sucks or anything. If the majority likes your game I'm completely down for it.
Loud sounds aren't the definition of horror no matter how you protect your game or whatever. Its cheap and nothing of horror in any sort of way.
I deleted my comment by accident even though i only wanted to edit it... Here's the clip for everybody else:

Loud =/= Scary.
I really hope that your game is successfull because I dont want anyone to do "bad" in times of corona. I'm also not saying you don't deserve to be here on steam or whatever - you have a point.
In my perspective and in my personal opinion - stuff like this is cheap. You improved on that in this game by FAR - nontheless it exist and automatically gives me the feeling of not wanting to buy your game simply because its loud at certain points. Sorry.
If you ever do good horror (In my opinion of course) I'll gladly support you :-)
At the end of the day, a person like you is impossible to please because you're going to hold games that came out years ago against me.
As I said if you enjoy cheap horror - go ahead. I won't stop you. Enjoy your Games ♥
Nice arguement
Go back into your corner and stop calling random people with different opinions "dumb ass".
LMAO you're delusional hahaha.
Go back to your cheap horror if you can't accept other peoples opinion white knight :D
Stop being a snowflake. Nobody gives a ♥♥♥♥ about what you have to say, unlike the Puppet Combo devoloper.
