But IS there actually a harem ending?
I know there's constantly talk about Viola wanting her own harem, but does she finally get a harem ending in this game?

There is a harem ending this time. It's ironic there's a harem ending while every character couldn't remember all the choices from the previous parts, but do you expect a careful setup for the Winged Cloud game? Just watch the ecchi scene and be satisfied.

Hrm. But then...does this mean there's no point in playing the previous two games? You'd think a game with three titles in the "series" would feature some connectivity between the choices made in each game. Kind of like how Sakura Beach 2 let you determine how the game was played based on who you picked in the first game.

The choices from the previous parts are almost pointless. Because of that, options for Harem route appear in a lot of frequency in this part. Almost to the point of distraction.

I won't spoil the story, but you can see the bad ending in this part, depending on your relationship with a certain character, But even if you saw her ending in the previous two parts, the game admonishes you just because you made a couple of choice against her two times in this part, and saying "You've completely hurt her heart. Have you ever taken care of her mind?" And Boom. bad ending. Yeah. How Genius.

Whether you like the basic storyline of Winged Cloud or not is your freedom, but keep mind this. Just forget about all the choices you made in the previous part and play. That's the best way to enjoy it.

So, if I care for the story, I should at least play through MMO2 once. Got it. I was never a fan of S&M play, but after talking with a friend of mine I'm willing to give Viola another chance.

In the intro of this part, MMO2's story is briefly described, and as I said, the ending of the previous part does not lead to the development of the relationship with the character... Well, you can play it if you want. At least the whole event is connected.
