Eve's Apples

I finally got Eve to eat all the apples. The screen just blinked and she vanished. I did not get a pop-up for a reward and she still shows as bought on my Wall of Infamy. The camera did zoom in on my water pump, but I do not see a difference in it or the sinner running it. What is the reward for her eating all the apples?

I now see her as a demon on top of my gate. Outside of cosmetic improvements does her and the apple tree on the gate have any benefit?

While you work on eve's first bar out of the 3, she'll grow horns and all of her stats will increase, she'll also run faster. Seems like the second bar is mostly about beefing her tortue mechanic, but she'll also grow wings. When you manage to get all 50 apples. She'll pop over to your gate Making her unusable, but giving you three coins for perks.

Going to ask these questions in multiple threads, just to see if some answer shakes loose:

1. What does the "Get Your Reward" button (in the upper right hand corner of the UI of architect mode) do? How do I 'get' the reward.
2. How do I unlock the burning coal floor in architect mode? (is that the REWARD from the first question?)
