Question about settings

I went to load the game today and it launched on my secondary monitor. No worries. But when I went to the graphics settings, there was nothing in there but quality. I could've SWORN there were more options than that. Also, I cannot get it to launch on my primary monitor to save my life. Every other Steam game I have launches properly and only this one seems to be causing me issues. Again, I cannot put it in windowed because none of my graphics settings are there.

Fixed the issue.
I had to turn off my second monitor (the one where BATDR kept launching), load into the game, set it to windowed mode, save the game, quit the game, reload the game with the second monitor still disabled, put it back into fullscreen, save, quit,, turn the second monitor back on, and now loading into the game loads the game with all of the settings on my primary monitor hahaha
