Since it's a co-op game with no hidden information, playing over screen share isn't too bad, for now =)
"playing over screen share isn't too bad"
Actually it's the worst. There's no point releasing a board game, intended to be multiplayer, with no multiplayer function.
The game support that feature, you should use it. A buddy of mine even joined me by remote play and recorded the game to put it on YouTube.
My friend and I tried remote play. So incredibly laggy. After one game, we didn't want to live through that torture again.
I feel Aeon's End does work quite well of remote play in Parsec because for the most part only one thing is happening at a time.
I still am just not a huge fan companies saying remote multiplayer is "good enough".

I own it in physical and it's just amazing!
The Undo Action button is another such feature and i believe they took the shortcut and used the Version of Undo that only works if you only work on one machine.
My point is : They did not plan for multiplayer and the more Expansions are coming the less likely it gets that multiplayer will ever be a thing.
Looking at the price of the product - it never will be a thing.
It's sad that people want more content for the game, but no one followed you on the expansion crowdfunding. Owning the physical version of New Age, I was so excited to see it arriving on digital...
Keep on doing an amazing job!
