Engineer last perk dont work

Superior Repair Instinct: Gain the Superior Repair Instinct Class Ability. The Superior version extends the Ability Duration for every Repair or Enhancement performed. Additionally, any nearby Ammo Crate or Power Cell is automatically refilled for the duration.

From what I've seen, it simply doesn't refill ammo or power cells. Picking them up does nothing, leaving them there and standing nearby does nothing, It doesn't seem to function
