Hello Ectypes! We've identified an issue that can prevent the game from launching properly, due to problems with loading the user's settings file.
If you find that your game looks like the screen is repeatedly zoomed-in, and pixelated, please do the following:
Go to C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\LocalLow\Hutlihut Games ApS\Void Crew
Delete the file settings.json
Launch the game
If the problem still persists, verify the integrity of your game files on Steam.
This will remove all changes you made in the game settings and make the game load with default settings the next time it is launched.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
After you've done this workaround you can safely make changes to your settings again.
A fix for this is already in the works, and planned for next patch.
Please let us know whether or not this works for you, and of course if you encounter any other issues.
Thanks!
Workaround: go to nearest worldspace terminal (personal loadout, ship loadout, matchmaking, fabricator) and click somewhere using any mouse button. You can then leave the terminal and click things normally again
Bug occurs when: enter any worldspace terminal (personal loadout, ship loadout, matchmaking, fabricator) and hold RMB or MMB as you leave it
Symptom: no screen space UI (menus, logbook, popups, galaxy map, astral map) will register any click events (including LMB)
The issue also resolves itself automatically between scene changes, so there's never a risk of being unable to click the tally screen button.
We will fix this in the next patch we deploy!
