Add Data Shard summons to A Queue of Pilot Abilities

You should be able to feed Escorts and Minefields into the table slot immediately, and it should add those to a pool that the pilot can use at any time.

Otherwise, consider a small storage rack near the table for data shards, or some other way to attach them to the table without using them immediately.
