Are victory crates broken?

I've gotten the Frozen skin about 7 times in a row now

Ah sorry i didn't know there was a discord but i did get something else but it was another dupe T-T I have none of the armor parts just the skins and screen projections lol

The only things I have left to unlock with gift of victory crates are the armor parts but all I get are dupes from everythingelse. I just opened 9 gifts of victory crates today(from my 7 hour run last night...) and I still only get dupes and thats without counting the other gift of victory crates Iv opened after Iv unlocked everythingelse. Im starting to think the gift of victory armor parts arent in the loot pool at all...

Same man none of my friends have the armor either also i am in the level 190's

I have all of the Armour patterns and Colour schemes from crates of victory, so no they are not bugged.

When did you unlock the Kensei armor pieces?

Right now that you've named an item I can properly check and no I don't have the Kensei items unlocked under Shoulder/Chest/Helmet.

If you had read our posts in the thread, we said none of us unlocked armor pieces from victory crates. I was around level 220 when I first posted, Phenex said hes around 190 with everythingelse unlocked from regular crates aswell, so its obvious victory crate armor parts seems to be bugged. He also said his friends didnt get the armor parts either. So Id like to know why you said the crates arent bugged if you dont have any of the victory armors unlocked? What about the Decimation armor parts, got any of those? They are from the victory crates aswell, which I never could get either.

What was said was armour, so I incorrectly interpreted that too narrowly and only looked at items labelled as Armour (patterns and colour).

The Victory items I'm missing are:

Epic Helmet - Kensei
Epic Shoulders - Kensei, Decimation
Epic Chest - Kensei, Decimation
Projection - Gothic, Initial, Kissy

Thats the victory armor parts we cant get from victory crates. Iv also heard other players from public games tell me the same thing, that they cannot get those armor parts at all either.

They are.
Our devs fixed it already and you'll find the fix for that in the next patch.
