We're all waiting on pins and needles here.
Now that its out its sadly a tad.. underwhelming. No worries. We will probably see more impactful opinions from you in the future. Stay strong!
I'm actually going to try and engage with you on this one; I understand where you are coming from with the Early Access trauma. Lots of games out there were released half baked and then dropped, leaving you (and me) with a pretty sour taste for the label. However, there are also some games out there that do really really well for themselves with Early Access, and to be perfectly frank, I think this is one of them.
Lots of jank, a couple of bugs, some polishing left for the UI perhaps, but this is a tremendously fun game already. I do recommend that you rethink your hard-line stance on the matter of buying it.
That's nice dear. Good thing we aren't losing anything with your absence. We'll continue having fun, perhaps you merely lack a friend group to play it with, because it is a fun and enjoyable game.
I still hate that game studios are doing this early access release garbage.
It needs to stop. Release a complete product or don't release. You people need to stop being paying beta testers for games that are never completed.
Dude, for your own sake, stop caring about how other people are enjoying themselves and find something that does the same for you, and focus on that.
u have games out there like no mans sky in which the early access the bugs and the hate was all there for the game and yet look at what its become now and how liked and accepted it is now to its community. games are always going to cross and experience bugs glitches and some major issues from launch and far more so when it comes to online multiplayer games however from what ive seen from the game so far, it does seem far better than stuff like how fallout 76 went down and which starfield continues on with and with many cod games being half assed. i really do understand where u are coming from and i do understand that its not fair and i understand the frustration and anger of wasting that money to get something not flushed out however i dont think its fair to pin the blame on the people who made void crew when they are actually doing things to fix and improve the game.
its far more effort than activision, bethesda, 343 studio's, sledgehammer games, and all these triple A brands are doing these days. compare this to say the new MW III which isnt out yet, there is already a merketing scheme trying to get players to spend more than what the game is worth on microtransactions and character skins, gun skins and likely stuff to break the game eventually yet again. its a cash grab that people fall into every single time. the reason why ill be buying the game myself is purely because im not one of those people who pay for any skins, i prefer the grind i prefer just playing the game to unlock what i can. seeming as MW II skins attachments and guns are moving over to MW III, its also another reason as to why im buying it, i then feel like id be getting my money's worth knowing i didnt spend a penny on the store skins and stuff and yet my skins levels for guns and all that is being carried over.
overall i dont personally feel like you should be comparing void crew under the same form of hate that comes from the major triple A titles that are far more deserving of their hate. sure this game isnt likely in a great state right now, but i dont think its near as bad as the other games ecspecially the games which were ditched not long after launch.
Whilst it is indeed not the full product, the first update has been released and the current content is actually already worth the money :). I , at least, have been having a blast whenever me and my crew can play.
The post is a bit silly.
Private profile. I 100% bet you own several early access games.
