Undefined Reward Pool

Got back into the game today after a long time of not playing it and noticed a reward titled "Undefined Reward Pool". When I tried to claim it, it soft locked the terminal until i left and re-entered it. Any one experience this before? I tried restarting the game a few times and nothing has changed with it

Player ID is found in the ESC menu, in the bottom right corner (Launch the game, host or enter a lobby, press ESC, copy the ID in the bottom right corner of the screen.
