How to boost performance in current update? (update 4)

Previosly could run hub and game itself on 60 fps but with recent update it dropped to 5-10 fps. Is there any way to boost perofmance? Lowering graphics didn't help.

Did you try clearing your graphics cards' cache? In doubt use DDU and try again

My frames also severely dipped with the new update, also had around 60 fps on hub now i get 15-20.

No issues here. I am on the latest Nvidia drivers. 555.85

Okay well good for you, you probably have a beast pc that doesn't care about the worse performance in the new update.

Updating to the latest nvidia driver and restarting pc helped a bit but still performs worse than usual.

I am running the game on a laptop. I wish I had a "beast PC".

Sadly didn't help, monitoring activty from task manager it seems cpu load issue than gpu and graphic card version is 555.85. Oh well, hopefully there will be hotfix regarding those issues soon.

I noticed it is worse when looking at enemy cluster or just simply inside the ship, so there's that. If going EVA then it ain't so bad

Me and some friends bought it the other day (may 27th) and were getting great performance now the framerate has dropped for all of us. Graphical glitches happening as well

I'm getting a GPU utilization rate of 94% on a 3080ti. CPU utilization is 24% on a Ryzen 9 5950X. My drivers are the latest ones (555.85) and my global FPS has a max of 120, with my game settings maxed to 60 FPS. It's either bypassing this limit to render other things, or something changed for the worse with optimization.

I'm at 100% GPU usage on a 3070. Noticed in the lobby I had 150 fps but as soon as I joined a friend we all dropped to 60fps or less.
Previous update ran extremely better.

Yes, I can confirm that my two friends and I also had a lot of problems with the new update. My friend and I both have a 4090 and it was almost using 100% GPU usage even at low settings, while the CPU was only at 8-12% usage. my other friend has a lower specs, but his in-game FPS dropped to around 30-15 but had around 40-60 before new update.

We all bought the game back during the last update, and it was running great for all of us without any FPS problems.

So i think the same as @Alligator Pear said it is something whit optimization is broken with new update.

Just a follow up:
We've found a bug where Low and Medium quality settings is not applied correctly, severely effecting some players. We already have a fix candidate already in testing. Once deemed stable it will be rolled out immediately as a Hotfix.
