Report a translation problem
The problem is on loading (either first time or changing areas) or on changing any settings, the game is changing the FoV so it is fixed horizontally, this results in the top and bottom of the screen being cut off, lowing the actual FoV for the player (referred to as vertical minus, or Vert-). This results in motion sickness on 21:9 displays, and the game being unplaying on 32:9 or a triple monitor setup (chop off the top and bottom 1/3 of your 16:9 display and that is the effect).
As a temporary fix, if you change the resolution back to 1080p, apply, then change it back to your monitors native resolution. and apply again. This will force the behaviour back to Unity's default, and correct, behaviour. At least until you start or end a mission or restart the game.
