By which i mean: Can i use CB to play against AI and real opponents, like with Fritz-Chess? And if yes: How much Elo does the AI have, and can i use CB to play ranked games online?

will the future games be included in the database i.e. 2021, 2022 and so on? or will the support for the database stops at the date it was released? no engines included?

Does it work with Mac OS?

I currently have Fritz12. Can I use ChessBase 15 to produce an opening book to improve Fritz's opening play or is CB15 just a database plus viewer. I read in one post that CB15 includes Fritz14 and somewhere else that CB15 does have any ability to play chess but is just a database. So confused about that as well....

As the title says, the program won't launch in offline mode which is a bit frustrating. Is there any way I can make it work in offline mode?
