bug in the trophy "super Ben"

I did almost 100% of the game, the only thing I couldn't do was this achievement, there was some bug where the civilians who need help don't appear, the mission is on the mini map but no enemies appear, I've tried respawn, restarting the game, fast travel and it never works again, does anyone have a tip to solve it?

While we haven’t been able to reproduce the bug ourselves, another player reported a similar problem with this trophy. During our investigation, the player was able to resolve it by completing the same mission several times, which eventually unlocked the achievement.

We also recommend ensuring that your game is updated to the latest version, as patches have been released to address various glitches. For example, patch 1.03 specifically fixed issues with stat tracking for certain achievements.
