Collectibles and upgrades,

im trying to do all collectibles and upgrades before fighting hex, i just need to max out the luck tree but i dont think theres enough upgrades for it ive purchased all maps off the lady in all three areas, and collected everything that showed up, im also missing a Lord Decibel location which doesnt show up on map.... apparently i have done all deciible concerts the achievement didnt pop and for the luck part i have 9/19 so i dont know what to do do i have to start again just for that

after fighting hex, you can still play freely. And after beating the game, the castle open the gate and you can fight in arena match for one more upgrade

was there any collectibles in the castle besides that upgrade? i collected everything there was as there wasnt anything else even after beating game as i gotten them all before hand, either way i just started new game and redid the luck upgrades and all the lord decible locations again and they both popped
