Really bad glitch

I am posting here because I have seen you guys reply and maybe there is a way to fix this as the bug is on the xbox one edition. I loaded my save file to play the game with my daughter after getting a new xbox and when it loaded all my upgrades to power, defense, etc I had gotten over the time my daughter and I have been playing were GONE, Its like starting from the beginning and we have done most of the side quests and other activities as we went so there is no apparent way for me to fix this glitch meaning the characters will be under powered for the remainder of the game and we are all the way to having diamondhead....

is there a way to fix this? Even if I have to plug in a keyboard and enter some console commands?

Hiya! In theory all achievements and upgrades shouldn't be lost if you have synchronized the new xbox with your cloud. We haven't been able to reproduce this issue, reasons why it might not be showing could be if you have played offline, that may cause your cloud data to become out of date. However, we have forwarded this information to the developers and will let you know if there is something that could be causing this incidence. Sorry for the inconvenience.
