Can't get multiplayer to work

Hi there

Me and my friend can't get the multiplayer to work, we tried to enable UDP, tried to disable antivirus program, tried to restart steam, tried to connect via IP-adresse, have the ladder in our kit.
We tried so many things and it still doesn't work ?!.
We tried with and without password.

same I ended up refunding as I bought this to play with friends. Will check back in some time if they get it fixed.

Hi Morten and Misa, really sorry for the issue.
With the issue, were you able to both try to host the game? Meaning it did not work when both of you tried to host the game?
If you can email us ([e-mail]) your player log at your earliest, that would be amazing. Here's where to find the log:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\Muse Games\FireProject\Player.log
We're definitely investigating this asap. Sorry again for the trouble.

Me and my friend could host the game, and see the code in the top right corner, but just not join the game.

Renan - go to https://www.myip.com/ and find out what your public IP is, and give that to your friends only, plus make sure that your Port forward in your router is open for UDP 5055.
This worked for me and my friend.
