Issues with trying to resume a multiplayer run

Does anyone else have problems trying to resume a multiplayer run with the same partner? We quit the game at the same time when we stopped playing yesterday, and now when we both log in at the same time, we see each other as being disconnected in game. Its like we can't reconnect to the same instance of the game after disconnecting.

Tried looking online for people with similar issues but seems like no one has posted about this before.

i havent even been able to go online mode all week. i open game, its in offline mode, hit change mode, it closes, i open it, still offline mode. i try delete player data, it reset my story and quests but not my character. this game is so scuffed XD

It sounds like you're just launching/using steam in offline mode lol. That's what that would do, or just had no Network connection at that time.

I played online yesterday and now tried to login today and get the message the run you are trying to join has ended and it just keeps kicking me out to the title screen. No clue why and makes me want to give a bad review for the game.

similar issue getting attempted to join has already ended, i am able to play offline but now online
