Help! How to unlock the new character?

can't find the star captain quest

It’s in one of the subtabs of one of the main tabs. I forgot what it’s called, but it’s in there somewhere.

go to characters and it will say what you need to do
then go to quest and read the quest of what you need to do
easy as this

it is mostlikely go to this location and speak with npc 3 times

Hi HotFish!

Under the 'Aspects of Lost Binders' quest section, you will find a quest called 'The Star Captain.' This is the one you have to complete to unlock the newest class.

However, if you are playing a new character, you first need to finish the quest to visit the Aspect Apparatus and Reform Enclosure before finishing a run.

hi shinycami. i am level 33 and have unlocked the aspect apparatus and reform enclosure but have yet to unlock the star captain quest. is this a bug or am i missing something?

same here, i have all the aspects, but i can't start unlocking the captain

I do have the star captain unlocked since before thge last patch, but I haven't seen the derelict starship as an option since the latest patch.
