No Airport Deed from Fletch?
When i speek to Fletch she doesnt have a deed for the airport :( I dont have town debt, my town is 4 years old, and my game is updated to the summer sun update. Im not sure what else i need to do to trigger the option

You have every npc that can move in, moved in? Usually people asking this question are missing sheila or sally.

I'm having the same issue. My town is 3 years old, got the new sign recipe, and even got the Building Licence Level 3 - Coming soon one just in case for some reason I needed that. I also don't use any mods. Still can't get the airport deed from Fletch.

Hmmm I don't have Sally. I wonder if that's my problem.

I just confirmed you have to have all the npc's moved in. I just moved my last one in and the next day Fletch offered the airport deed.

Usually people asking this question are missing Sally or Sheila.

Ohhh i dont have all NPCs moved in, that might be it.
