new path suggestions
Hi James if you are reading this, I adore Dinkum so much, thankyouthankyou for creating it. It is literally my favourite game ever. has actually ruined me for other games lol. I return to play old favourites and its just not the same.

Anyway I was thinking about some new pathing ideas I'd love to see. Being Aussie born and bred I was thinking how a lot of buildings here have been built using sandstone and bluestone. Being in abundance in the early days these were commonly used building materials and would be cool for both pathing and wall construction. Perhaps we could craft sandstone from stone and the yellow shells, or blue stone from blue jellies and stone, just an idea.

Id also love to see traditional looking cobblestone such as the rectangular pattern they used to use for gutters and roads. I live in Ballarat and we have a lot of old cobblestone roads with the rectangle cobblestones and I thought that would look cool for paths too.

Anyway keep up the awesome work you are a legend mate!

As an addition to that:
Please please make the path tiles recognise their underground when placed.
So we place paths on sand or grass without creating more dirt blocks.
If its too much work to automate in the building system. Just create simple extra tiles that can be researched for each biome style.

This. Wondering why this still hasn't been implemented It would be great if path tiles recognize the terrain under them. Rock paths on the beaches are a real travesty.

Would love to see crazy paving too, that is so pretty and makes for an awesome walkway or path around a house.
