Blue sea slug

Can a blue sea slug be caught with a crab pot placed in the ocean? Hunting a critter at night in the dark water is amazingly difficult, so far I can't even see the bubbles from the regular critters....so I thought maybe the crab pots are the answer?

That is how I got mine, but when I donated it to the museum it didn't show up in my book.

for it to register in the bug pedia, you have to find it in the ocean.

but it is possible for it to show up in the recycling bin.

I haven't found it on my original island, but my blooming spring island i was able to find it running around with the divers helmet and boogie board.

It is hard to see the bubbles at night, i just ran around spamming the pick up button.
