Underwater Rock/boulders
Hey, does anybody know how, or know if it's possible to break rocks that are underwater? I've got one that's being a massive pain in my booteus-maximus.

Either use a bomb from Franklyn, or fill in the area around the boulder with land then dig down a dry hole and mine it out.

Just create a land ladder to it. you have to be "above" water which includes standing in the water but not more then knee deep and it be no more then 1 level below. as 100% said just build land around it so the water level drops.
