Re: Cheats - Put down deed but no donation box - stuck

Ok, I decided to change the location of my town. I went to Fletch, got a deed to move a building, placed the deed. Then I went into the cheat menu to get 2 more deeds and placed them. I then noticed that they show up with the fenced off area but no donation box. The next day the first building appeared but the other two still just have a fenced off area. I cannot break the fence. I went to Fletch and got the deed to move one of the glitched buildings and put it down somewhere else (couldn't put it over where the glitched one is) and the next day it also stayed a glitched fenced area. So now I have 3 glitched areas I cannot touch. PLEASE tell me there is a way to remove them!! I have worked so hard on this save file and I don't want to restart, Any help would be greatly appreciated. (And yes I know cheats is a risk, I'm just hoping it's fixable before I give up and start over)

you can get the help you need in the official discord , just ask for help with Dev Commands.

You can remove these items with a Dev command

How ever, there is a warning about turning these on for a reason. And skipping the normal game play just to place buildings can corrupt your game.

So if you are using Dev commands, Make back ups of your game so you can roll back to a save file when these things happen.

Thank you! I will check out the discord. As for backups, I should have looked that info up before trying to move everything and made a backup file. I'll look into that too. Thanks again
