Boat and wheelborrow not moving with controller?

Does anyone know how to move the wheelborrow and the row boat with a controller? I can rotate it around but cant get either to move forward at all?I have to switch to my keyboard since the WASD works just fine?? But why doesn't the controller? Has anyone else have this issue

Why the sarcasm ? - The Vehicles do not immediately respond to the triggers (there's a delay before the action), so it's easy to think nothing is assigned.
