Clover Bug? And Sally stopped visiting my site.

Anyone help me pls?
I've acquired 3 hearts on Clover but she keeps staying as a visitor. I've tried talking and finishing her request every time she comes but it didn't triggered the deed for her to become a permanent resident.

Also, one day Sally suddenly has stopped visiting my site and for 1 year (in dinkum) she never appear again in my site.

How to fix this bug?

to OP - you need to purchase items off the shelf from Clover when she visits - there is a purchase amount requirement that must be met before she'll move in.

Are you purchasing from the Shelf items? (not her catalogue as this only provides items you already own(ed) - you have to purchase items that you have not owned).

Are you purchasing from the Shelf items? (not her catalogue as this only provides items you already own(ed) - you have to purchase items that you have not owned).

i've tried bought several times from the shelf before.. but let me try once more again. thanks for the help btw

(Edit: after trying bought everything from the Shelf finally Clover is requesting to move as permanent resident :"D seems like I've been spending 200k for nothing lol :') thanks for the help anyway! )
