Skill levels?
So wonder what they are for. Don't see much of a difference when leveling them up.

Apparently it makes that skill take less stamina, but I haven't noticed much difference yet.

Ah thanks. Thought building the shop triggered better axe since I did that at the same time as I reached level 10. Would be nice to get some mouse over information on stuff like this.
