I tend to be very methodical in laying out my towns. Often my approach means efficiency over aesthetic.

That said I always enjoy seeing how other people have laid out their towns and their thought process in doing so.

So show me your town!

The layout, the street system, the different districts, etc.

Think satellite view versus street view.

@Biggles That is a great aerial view. So I am curious as to your intent with the boat in the 'finished' square pool to the right especially since you have natural ponds in your town.

Oh that's my boating pool - just for fun. seemed better than swimming with full set of clothes. LOL

Not quite sure if this is what you are asking, but you can get those long range shots by either using the chopper (or hang glider possibly), or in my case using a mod called camera zoom.
