Franklyn hasn't showed up since he first visited

idk what to do now I am just bored. I have all of mats saved and 2 went months went by and he still ain't showing up. I also skipped a whole month sleeping just for him to never show up :(

I have 5 people in my city too...

The secret to getting franklyn early is not to buy the farming or animal license and not to upgrade your tent. That prevents Irwin, Rayne, and Melvin from showing up. Sheila and Sally only start to enter the rotation when you have five people. So if you just get the equipment licensees, you only have Jon, Theo, Clover, and Franklyn. Jon should be your first, and then Theo. After that, only Clover and Franklyn will visit, except for on the competition days. This is how I got franklyn in year 1 to move in quickly.
