How can I get the airport deed?

In my place Fletch doesn't talk about the airport. But all 11 npcs moved in town, and date is already year 3, 26 winter now.
Is anyone in the same situation as me?
How do I get the airport?

are all NPC's in? i would imagine at year 3 they are but they all have to be....also have you checked the deeds? you would have to send a report on discord if you want help.

One thing you can try, maybe it helps, maybe not, is to move one of the buildings of the npc's around. This can reset the condition for Fletch to give you the airport deed
