Winning the Bug Comp with Queen Bees

I saved all my bee nests and smashed them during the Bug Comp catching all the Bees and Queen Bees. Mega high score, and now I have lots of Bee Hives. MayBEE this shouldn't work, but it was fun, anyway.

i don't see why it is an issue to be honest - if you are spending time to gather the hives - then it is the same as gathering the bugs on the day.

would be an awesome mini game with your friends in multi player to see who will come first with the highest score

Winning is fun! I have logging forests I planted, and get several bee hives every time I cut and replant them. Save them all, drop them in a row the day before the bug comp, then smash them one at a time when the comp starts and catch all the bees and queen bees. That 500 license points is great early game. I thought it might not work when I first tried it, so far it does. My top score is over 200 for now, I'm sure it would be easy to beat that.
Let me know if you all get top scores, too!!

i did try it as well, i was not able to find as many bee's nests as i wanted and John beat me by 1 point that bugger! but i do plan on doing this to a greater scale for the next bug comp :)

1 POINT!! and he's just standin' around with that bug net, waitin' for the bugs to fly into it....I've seen him!! You do know the bee nests only drop from the Gum and Blackwood trees?
Just say'n ya won't get any from the palm trees or pine trees.....

Awesome, I think I kept about 9-12 bee nests when I got the 200+ score, I don't remember exactly. Guiness Book of World Records for the DINKUM BUG COMP available, LOL!
