Shop Closed?
On days that shops are suppose to be open I go in and they say they are closed. I can't purchase anything. When I talk to them they bring up the menu as if they were off or their shop was closed. They are standing in their shop like they are going to do business, but I can't purchase anything. Right now the only two that have done it is Franklin's shop and Melvin's shop.

It happened to me with John's store. Just slept and went the next day and it worked. Hope they fix the bug soon.

NPC's sometimes get stuck somewhere and can't find there way out. I've had to move some decorations because they constantly got stuck behind them.

I've been getting the same bug with John's shop being closed when it should be open. He has his outdoors off-duty dialogue, and will comment on how nice it is to be out in the fresh air etc.

Just got this bug too. I'd close the game and re-open to see if that fixes it, but of course I'd lose the whole day. Manual saving when lol

John's store being bugged on Monday seems to be the most common bug like this. The last few times I've played I would just check John as soon as he opened Monday so I could quit to menu and reload if I needed him. Otherwise you just have to wait for the next day or risk losing progress.

I've never seen that with other stores unless the NPC was bugged and couldn't reach their store, like being trapped across a river or unable to navigate weird terraforming.

Sometimes teleporting fixes this issue for me. But you should reopen the game every couple days since this game still has some bugs

When John bugged in my game, I got him to be fixed in the same day by jumping on him and pushing him away from the cash register several times. (When I pushed him away from the cash register, he would run back to it.) Then leaving the store and coming back later before closing time.
