How do we get the farm up and running ?
I have not yet buy the farm licence and i have not yet place out the shoop deed so my town have zero debt.

My question here is : can i start to farm straight away after i have buying the farm licence and if not the please tell what i need to do and not should do to get the farm up and running as fast as possible.

What is it we need to do to get Rayne's and the Greenhouse except buying the farm licence ?

1. You buy the farm license, this wont put the town into debt it is paid with your permit points -> Rayne should show up in the visitor tent on occasion randomly. She sells the starting equipment, a simple hoe, a simple watering can and some seasonal seeds. You can start farming with that. (Don't forget to build a fence around your field or the jackaroos will plunder everything. The birds will occasionally steal seeds as well but it is not as bad. Later on you can make a scarecrow to keep them off).

2. Befriend Rayne a bit and keep buying stuff from her until she mentions that she wants to move in. Then you can ask Fletch for the Greenhouse deed -> that will put your town into debt. The easiest way to repay (if you are bad at fishing) is to get the the treasure hunting license and a metal detector from John. Digging up old metal items and selling them will help you a lot. I suggest keeping all shiny discs though. Also the metal items are used for construction quite often but you will likely find more gears than you'll ever need.
Upgrade the treasure hunting to spot buried treasure even without the metal detector occasionally.

3. You don't need to pay off debts right away. Instead focus on collecting the neccessary construction materials - there is a resources box installed at the construction site where you can throw everything in. Once the materials are complete the construction begins and is done 'the day after tomorrow'. Rayne will move into the greenhouse and you can buy stuff regularly.

4. You wont be able to get another deed for another shop/buildng before you paid off the debt.

Thanks for all that info :)

Ok so we can have only one deed and it need to be paid off in full before another deed can be applied for.

I have 60k when day 5 start up so what i am thinking is not to do the shop deed who cost 75k and spend all of my money on seed in case Rayne's gonna disappear for several days.

I probably should buy the metal detector first and maybe upgrade treasure hunting before starting up the farm.

What is your advice here mate and in which order should i do those deeds and how important is the farm these summer month ?

I got 60k and 4.3k permits point + mining level 1 licence / logging level 1 licence / fishing level 1 licence / excavation level 1 licence / metal detecting level 1licencec / hunting level 1 licence.

By the way i should definitely upgrade my tools as the pick axe and the axe so i probably need licence for that as well.

The metal detector will show up only after the shop is built. The shop should be your top priority. You may not even be able to build the greenhouse if you don't get John's stone grinder to make concrete from rocks first anyway. (I'm not sure the greenhouse requires concrete as a building material but better be safe than sorry. Also don't forget you need to convine Rayne to move in first anyway That might take several visits from her. Lot's of time to repay the shop deed.)

metal detection is key in the beginning to resource items, but never sell the CD's, only sell them to Franklin!!! John will not pay you much for them and Franklin gives you about $9000 each. It will also help him to want to move in as well. You will need Franklin in sooner rather than later if possible. Good Hunting :)
